Twenty multiple-choice questions, four in each area. Each area gets its own score, so you can see exactly where to start.
Every answer is worth zero to three points. Your total is shown out of 100, with a red flag for any answer that would stop a conversation on its own.

An investor who commits a meaningful share of the fund early. Other LPs look for who committed first, so an anchor often unlocks the rest of the raise, sometimes in exchange for better terms.
Deal-level track record detail, references, a draft LPA, team bios, compliance policies and a completed due diligence questionnaire. Having it ready before the first meeting signals how you'll run the fund.
A standard questionnaire published by the Institutional Limited Partners Association. Many institutional LPs use it to compare managers, so completing it in advance saves time in diligence.
